About Me

Hi, I am Lexi Corcione, a Personal Trainer, Strength and Performance Coach, and Ultrarunner based out of Scottsdale, Arizona, who has a deep passion for helping others move and feel their best in sport and in life.

Growing up, I was always an athlete who loved to move her body. When I graduated from high school and I thought my days as an athlete were over, I felt lost and unsure of what I was going to do next. in 2016, I discovered Spartan Racing, and realized that my days as an athlete weren’t over, they just looked different. I fell in love with Strength Training and Trail Running, and competed in over 30 Spartan Races between the years of 2016 and 2021.

Post-COVID 19, I realized I needed something different, and decided to transition into strictly trail running, falling more and more in love with the sport as the distance increased. In 2023, I completed my first 50K, and have since went on to complete 6 ultramarathons, including Javelina 100k in 2024 and Sedona Canyons 125 in 2025.

These experiences have taught me that fitness isn’t just about looking a certain way, it’s about longevity. Through intentional and targeted movement, I blend functional strength training, mobility, and stability to help prevent injury and build lasting strength to help people move through both life and help athletes perform better in sport. I have an extreme passion for helping clients of all backgrounds, ages and experience discover their inner strength and move, perform and feel better overall.

I coach all my clients, regardless of background, to learn how to move their bodies effectively through corrective exercise, help prevent injury, and build overall, functional strength that is directly applicable to their sport or lifestyle. FAQs

How are the coaching sessions conducted?

In-Person sessions (Small Group and 1-on-1) are conducted out of Glory Gains Gym in Scottsdale Arizona. We begin every session with a series of dynamic movements to help improve mobility, as well as a banded warm up to build stability and strength. From there, we will spend the rest of the session on Strength Training, working specifically towards your individual goals.

Online Programs are custom written each week based on your goals and your progress, and are delivered via the TrueCoach app for you to perform independently with video feedback. We will also have a monthly check in coaching call, where we can discuss anything that you are wanting to talk about. This can be a new goal, reviewing movements that don’t feel quite right, etc. this time is for you!

What commitment is required?

In-Person sessions will require a $40 month monthly membership fee on top of the training session rate, that can be cancelled at any time. Online training is based on a month to month commitment, and there are no contracts.

What results can I expect?

The results will mostly depend on your goals, whether that be sport or life. That being said, you can expect to feel stronger, more stable, more mobile and more confident to tackle your goals outside of the gym!

How much does the coaching cost?
